I had and still have the privilege of working with Nash as the customer project lead for several international e-Business projects within the Surteco group of companies.

I had the good fortune of working with Nash during the implementation of a multi site eCommerce solution. He is a strong leader with fantastic technical and troubleshooting skills. This has meant that the unexpected events which inevitably pop during complex rollouts ,were handled professionally and timely while keeping the team in tact.

Nash was our CIO and IT Manager in the 9+ years I was CEO for Surteco North America. I knew from the beginning he was a uniquely talented IT professional. Nash was able to leverage his strong managerial and technical skills to position our business as the best e-Business platform in our industry. The tools he developed enabled us to retain customers and help customers achieve their service and inventory goals. Nash is well rounded in technical areas but, as CEO, it was important to me that he was interested and had the ability to understand our business and use his technical knowledge to advance our business objectives. I have worked at Surteco NA along with Nash for many years. I am a Regional Sales Manager based out of Michigan – Nash is IT Manager at our North American HQ and main plant in Brampton, Ontario.

As I am not located at our plant, the IT support I need is vital for my daily tasks. Nash has done a superior job in helping and assisting me either directly or through his subordinates in making sure my computer and my access to system information works perfectly.

Nash has also been responsive to my customers needs and desires in their requests for special handling of their orders and forecasting needs – putting in place communication systems between their company and ours.

I had the chance of working with Nash and reported to him for 4 and half years while occupying the role of System Administrator at Surteco Canada.

Being tech savvy he welcomes new concepts and technologies and competently incorporates them into his area of responsibility. Nash has provided great guidance and was always willing to help me grow in my job. He contributes in any way he can to resolve issues and problems. Nash was in my Introduction to Project Management class back in 2012. Through the course, he was the most prominent leader in the class in promoting online networking and initiating discussions around practical aspect of managing projects in various organizations. Nash was always ahead of the class and his work was simply outstanding.
